We welcome tour groups of all sizes - from small groups to full coaches. For larger groups, the cave tours are split between several guides so that every guest can enjoy the experience in a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant has 75 indoor and 75 outdoor seats.

The guided cave tours are available in German and English. The app guide in the cave museum is also available in French. The programme can be put together accordingly for international tour groups.

Yes, there are plenty of coach parking spaces right by the entrance area. There is good access for coaches. It is an 8 to 10 minute walk from the car park to the cave entrance. Please note: The path to the entrance is steep and not wheelchair accessible.
