Our kitchen works with seasonal and regional products from the Bernese Oberland. We put together multi-course menus for your banquet that are tailored to your wishes and the size of your group.
From the aperitif selection to the main menu and dessert: you decide, we cook. Various banquet menus and aperitif suggestions are available as a basis - adjustments are possible at any time.
Brunch for groups
We offer brunch on request for groups of 15 or more - Monday to Saturday from 9.30 am to 12.00 pm. Adults CHF 49, children CHF 29, infants free of charge.

No two banquets are the same. That's why we plan every event individually: from the choice of menu to the table decorations and the supporting programme. Lunch or dinner, with or without a visit to the cave, for 20 or 150 people. Tell us what you have in mind for your event - we'll take care of the rest.

Yes, the restaurant also opens outside of regular hours on request - for example for dinners or private parties. We can customise the opening hours to suit your event.
Yes, this is a particularly popular combination. Your guests start with a guided tour of the cave, then enjoy an aperitif in the grotto before taking a seat in the restaurant for the banquet. This will turn your banquet on Lake Thun into an all-round experience.
There is no minimum number for banquets in regular restaurant operation. Specific conditions apply for exclusive use outside opening hours or special formats such as group brunches (for 15 or more people). We will be happy to advise you individually.
We offer various banquet menus and aperitif variations prepared with regional and seasonal products. The menus can be customised - also for special dietary requirements. We will be happy to send you detailed menu and aperitif information.
