Stein & Sein
Spectacular views, a unique cave experience and musical and culinary events are all part of the St Beatus Caves experience. We place great emphasis on regionality, seasonality, sustainability and craftsmanship. That's why we source our food from local producers wherever possible. Our professional and creative kitchen team prepares regional specialities and typical Swiss dishes.
In the Restaurant "Stein & Sein" and in the extraordinary atmosphere of the rock grotto we create magical moments for eating, celebrating and lingering. The current gastronomic and cultural offers are published in the calendar of events.
Brunch
on the Rock
Every Sunday from 9.30 – 12 am
Local and rich, with fresh yeast plaits, crusty bread from the bakery, cheese and sausage specialities, fruit juices and other delicacies.
Day
on the Rock
In this powerful place in the middle of nature, we will spoil you with hot and cold delights from our rich culinary offering.
Dinner
on the Rock
Culinary delights in a unique setting on Friday and Saturday evenings until 10 pm.
Opening Hours
Our restaurant has a maximum of 75 seats inside and 75 outside.
Monday – Thursday: 9 – 18 h
Friday & Saturday: 9 – 22 h
Sunday: 9 – 18 h
For group bookings, we are happy to open the restaurant in the evening.
