Local and rich, with fresh yeast plaits, crusty bread from the bakery, cheese and sausage specialities, fruit juices and other delicacies – that is our Sunday brunch buffet. Colourful, varied and to suit all tastes.
The Sunday brunch is rounded off by a rich dessert buffet with home-made cakes, tarts, creams, fruit salad or various mousses.
Start your Sunday overlooking Lake Thun and the Alpine panorama – and if you like, toast it with a glass of sparkling wine.
